Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycleSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networkingWork on W2 requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelinesScreen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirementsCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clientsMaintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely submissions Required SkillsStrong experience in US IT RecruitmentHands-on experience working with W2 requirementsGood understanding of US tax terms and visa typesStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed PreferredState/Federal client experience will be an added advantage QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of relevant US IT recruitment experience
