l Identify, onboard reliable FTL transport vendors / fleet owners, build a strong network, conduct reviews.l Negotiate competitive rates, finalize contracts, ensure compliance.l Allocate vehicles, ensure on-time placement, coordinate for capacity.l Monitor movement, escalate and resolve issues, ensure customer communication.l Collect and validate shipment documents, maintain digital records.l Verify vendor bills, coordinate payments, resolve disputes. Prepare and maintain MIS on vehicle placement, spend, vendor performance for insights to management.
