As an operations intern at Xpert India Services, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your knowledge of Google Workspace, document review, document management, and MS Excel will be key in helping us achieve our goals. 1. Filling tender forms and assisting in e-tendering processes (GEM, government portals, etc.). 2. Preparing, uploading, and maintaining required documents for bids and proposals. 3. Managing back-office tasks such as data entry, file organization, and record keeping. 4. Checking tender requirements and collecting necessary documents from the team. 5. Communicating through emails and calls for follow-ups, clarifications, or document requests. 6. Updating daily reports and assisting in day-to-day operations work. 7. Supporting the senior team in administrative and documentation-related tasks.
