This candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process management and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business and program requirements and play a key role in case management, risk mitigation, project coordination, and knowledge management. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot unexpected issues and identify root causes. Position Responsibilities Case & Escalation Management · Provide case management support for items raised by HRA II · Handle escalation management and ensure timely resolution · Making sure all assigned processes are completed in time as per SLA. Process Management · Execute vendor & payroll reporting (medium complexity) · Manage adjudication processes (medium to high complexity) · Perform manual enrollment/withdrawal processes (medium complexity) Troubleshooting & Problem Solving · Dive deep and troubleshoot unexpected issues · Identify and share issues related to Benefits and vendor support Process Improvement & Compliance · Drive process improvement enhancements · Perform audits and control points (medium complexity) Successful candidates will demonstrate: · Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep and troubleshooting unexpected issues. · They should have proven experience in case management and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. · They will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. · A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions is essential for success in this role. ### Basic qualifications - 1+ years of human resources experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 1+ years of customer service experience - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent and 1+ years of case management experience ### Preferred qualifications - 2+ years of human resources functions experience - Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred - Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
