What You'll DoLead end-to-end sourcing and procurement process establishment for PULS India across EMS-driven and future in-house manufacturing operationsPartner with Global Commodity Managers to define procurement strategies aligned to business goals, supply markets, technology shifts, cost control, supplier quality, and delivery reliabilityIdentify, evaluate, onboard, qualify, audit, and manage local and global suppliers across direct and indirect materials — electronics components, PCBs, transformers, stamping, sheet metal, and injection moldingLead localization programs, contract negotiation, pricing, supply agreements, cost analysis, and annual savings initiativesDrive demand planning, inventory optimization, compliance, and global sourcing standards across EMS and manufacturing supply chainsOwn KPI-led supplier management, vendor qualification, and FTWZ operations in a structured global procurement environment What We're Looking For10+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment — preferably electronics OEM or EMS — with strong exposure to complex global and local supply chainsDeep familiarity with active and passive components, sheet metal, stamping, injection molding, transformers, assemblies, electronic OEMs, distributors, and QCD supplier evaluationHands-on experience with FTWZ operations, global sourcing, ERP implementation, vendor qualification, and localization programsStrong negotiation, cost analysis, commodity management, vendor development, and cross-functional collaboration skillsSourcing Manager, Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Commodity Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or Vendor Development Manager with equivalent experience are welcome to apply Our Hiring ProcessFlexiple Interview → Profile ReviewWe review applications on a rolling basis — shortlisting begins this week, early applicants will be prioritized.Not the right fit?
