1. Own features end-to-end: translate requirements into working, tested code across backend (Spring Boot), frontend (React), and infrastructure (Docker). 2. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrating with PostgreSQL databases and external services. 3. Understand the data model and system architecture for both products. 4. Write SQL queries, manage schema changes, and work with relational data responsibly. 5. Debug issues independently: read logs, trace errors, reproduce and fix. 6. Use AI coding tools effectively, knowing when to trust them and when to question the output. 7. Communicate blockers early and updates clearly, async and in stand-ups.
