Collaborate directly with the Co-Founder to define the brand’s digital voice, marketing strategy, and long-term growth plans. 2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar covering educational, promotional, and engagement-focused content. 3. Script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media posts, and digital content assets. 4. Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. 5. Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community interactions to build an active healthcare and wellness community. 6. Set up, manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. 7. Design high-converting ad creatives including graphics, copy, and short-form video hooks for lead generation and sales campaigns. 8. Track and analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates while preparing weekly growth reports. 9. Oversee website maintenance activities including banners, product pages, blog updates, and landing page management on Shopify or WordPress. 10. Optimize landing pages and website touchpoints to improve conversion rates for paid and organic traffic. 11. Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization activities for performance marketing initiatives.
