Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements.Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification related to fire and safety across project sites.Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations, standards, and guidelines.Plan and conduct fire drills, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.Inspect and ensure proper maintenance of fire protection systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, hydrants, etc.).Lead investigations of fire incidents and near-miss cases, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with external agencies such as fire departments, safety auditors, and regulatory authorities.Supervise and guide site safety officers and fire safety teams.Maintain proper documentation, reports, and compliance records related to fire safety.Support project teams in ensuring safe work practices and emergency preparedness plans. Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Fire & Safety / Industrial SafetyDiploma / Certification in Fire & Safety (Mandatory)Experience:Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fire and safety managementExperience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferredSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of fire safety systems and safety regulationsGood understanding of risk assessment and emergency response planningExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and training skills
