Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to identify and onboard freelance admission counsellors/agents. Achieve a target of 100 calls per day. Explain the onboarding process, roles, and benefits to potential agents. Maintain and update daily call trackers and onboarding reports. Follow up with interested candidates and ensure smooth onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and process completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/counsellors. Ensure timely updates and accurate data management. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and tracker maintenance. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
