As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing. Your strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiationConduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products or servicesEvaluate and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditionsCreate and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesWork closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specificationsCollaborate with suppliers to resolve any invoice or delivery discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and vendor informationMonitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreementsImplement and maintain procurement policies and proceduresStay updated on industry best practices and trends in procurement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of procurement processes and principlesProficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent negotiation and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendorsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesKnowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurementExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
