1. Act as the first point of contact for every new lead that lands in our CRM and respond promptly, warmly, and professionally 2. Connect with prospective customers over call to understand their travel plans- where they want to go, when they want to travel, who they are travelling with, and any special occasion behind the trip (honeymoon, anniversary, family vacation, etc.) 3. Build genuine rapport and a sense of comfort with the customer through empathetic, polite, and friendly conversation in both English and Hindi 4. Ask thoughtful questions to gauge customer intent and qualify them as serious buyers vs. window shoppers 5. Accurately capture all customer details, preferences, budget indicators, and travel requirements in the CRM 6. Tag, categorize, and assign each qualified lead to the most suitable sales team member based on destination, budget, and customer profile 7. Coordinate a smooth handover with the assigned sales executive to ensure the customer's experience remains seamless 8. Follow up with leads whenever additional information is needed and maintain warm communication until handover
