Job Description Bringing structure and organization to complex, multi-workstream initiativesMaintaining detailed project plans and tracking milestone progressSupporting RAID management by logging, tracking, and following up on actionsPreparing high-quality, client-ready status reports and executive dashboardsSynthesizing large amounts of information into concise updatesCoordinating meetings, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-throughTracking program financials, including spend reporting and variance trackingManaging documentation and maintaining a single source of truthWorking collaboratively across regions and functionsOperating with attention to detail while keeping sight of overall program goal Experience & Qualifications Experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or transformation support rolesExperience supporting global or technology-enabled implementations preferredThe ability to manage detailed trackers (project plans, RAID logs, financial trackers) with accuracy and discipline Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting toolsThe ability to organize governance forums and prepare materials for SteerCo and working group meetingsStrong communication skills and the ability to tailor updates to different audiencesExperience working in cross-functional and matrixed environmentsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Creativity and openness to digital tools and Agile ways of working.
