Role & Responsibilities Process incoming e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)Verify order details, stock availability, pricing, and customer information before dispatch coordinationCoordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery SLAsResolve order discrepancies, cancellations, and returns by liaising with customer service and logistics partnersMaintain real-time order tracking dashboards and escalate high-priority or at-risk orders proactivelyGenerate daily/weekly order reports and identify process bottlenecks for operational improvement Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Order Management Systems (OMS) like TradeGecko, Ordoro, or similarE-commerce platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify AdminInventory tracking & stock reconciliationOrder fulfillment workflows (pick-pack-ship)Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting)ERP basics (Tally, Zoho, or NetSuite exposure preferred)Strong attention to detail & data accuracy Preferred Experience with logistics APIs (Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC)Knowledge of cross-border order compliance (customs, duties, GST)Basic SQL for order data querying Benefits & Culture Highlights Fast-paced, performance-driven culture with clear growth pathsAccess to real-time global e-commerce data and scalable infrastructureWork onsite in a collaborative hub with cross-functional commerce ops teams Skills: order processing,commerce,platforms,customer,processing,amazon,shopify,data,e-commerce
