Role Overview:InCred EM Multi-Strategy Credit Fund (IEMMSCF) is an emerging market credit hedge fund with a strong Asian bias, managed by InCred Global Wealth Pte. Ltd. — a MAS-licensed entity based in Singapore. The fund invests in performing debt obligations of EM and Asian borrowers, trading a broad set of instruments spanning investment grade and high yield bonds, CDS, TRS, interest rate derivatives, credit ETFs, futures, and performing private credit loans, working with a prime broker and 20+ trading counterparties across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The fund is targeting a launch in July/August 2026.We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Operations & Settlement professional to own the entire Middle Office and Back Office function of the fund. This is a Mumbai-based role supporting Singapore-headquartered Portfolio Manager and COO. You will be the operational backbone of the fund — responsible for ensuring every trade is confirmed, every position is reconciled, and every process is documented and continuously improved.This is not a process-following role. It is a process-building role. The fund is in its build phase and you will be expected to design, implement, and constantly enhance the operational infrastructure of a fast-growing credit hedge fund from day one. Zero operational failures and zero audit findings are the standard — not the aspiration. Job Description:1. Trade Confirmation & Settlement• Own the end-to-end trade lifecycle for all instruments: cash bonds, CDS, TRS, interest rate futures and swaps, options, credit ETFs, futures, and private credit loans• Confirm all trades with counterparties via Bloomberg, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, and bilateral channels on trade date; resolve any mismatches within defined SLAs• Monitor settlement status across DTC, Euroclear, and Clearstream; proactively escalate and resolve failed settlements• Liaise with the prime broker, custodians, and trading counterparties on settlement queries, corporate actions, and financing events• Maintain a complete, auditable trade blotter for every executed transaction 2. Reconciliation — Positions, Cash & NAV• Perform daily reconciliation of positions and cash balances against prime broker reports, custodian statements, and fund administrator records• Reconcile internal books against confirms and statements from all 20+ trading counterparties• Investigate and resolve all breaks within 24 hours; maintain a live break log with root-cause analysis and resolution status• Conduct month-end reconciliation and sign-off with the fund administrator to support NAV computation• Coordinate with the fund administrator on accruals, management and performance fee calculations, and investor-level allocations across Share Classes A, B, and C 3. Middle Office — Risk & Exposure Support• Maintain real-time position data in TS Imagine, the funds Portfolio and Risk Management System (PARMS); ensure it reflects confirmed and settled positions at all times• Support the Portfolio Manager with P&L attribution, exposure reporting, and risk metric monitoring —including DV01, CR01, single-name and single-issuer limits, and NAV caps on private credit and non-core geographies• Monitor all risk framework limits and flag any breach immediately to the Portfolio Manager• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Portfolio Manager and COO• Support margin and collateral management for CDS, TRS, and repo financing 4. Private Credit Operations• Manage the operational workflow for private credit transactions: loan drawdowns, interest payment tracking, principal repayments, and covenant monitoring• Coordinate documentation flow — term sheets, facility agreements, and side letters — with legalcounsel and counterparties• Ensure private credit positions are accurately reflected in fund NAV and administrator records at all times.• Monitor private credit concentration against the NAV cap 5. Financing & Collateral Management• Manage the prime broker financing relationship: repo lines, margin calls, stock borrow for shortpositions, and rehypothecation tracking• Ensure all repo and financing trades are confirmed, rolled, and terminated accurately and on time• Monitor daily margin requirements and communicate margin events to the Portfolio Managerproactively 6. Process Design & Continuous Improvement• Design and document all operational procedures from the ground up — this is a build-phase role and no playbook yet exists• Proactively identify process gaps and implement improvements before they become failures• Own the build-out and ongoing administration of TS Imagine as the fund's PARMS — including position feeds, risk limit monitoring, and reconciliation workflows• Develop exception management workflows, control checklists, and escalation procedures that scale with AUM growth• Author and maintain the fund's Operations Manual — a living document covering every workflow, system, counterparty procedure, and control; review and update it at least quarterly and after any material change in process, system, or counterparty 7. Compliance & Audit Readiness• Maintain all records in a manner that is always audit-ready — without exception• Act as the primary operations contact for internal and external auditors; support all audit processes end-to-end• Maintain KYC/AML documentation for all trading counterparties and coordinate periodic renewals• Assist with regulatory reporting obligations applicable to a MAS-regulated fund management entity• Ensure adherence to all fund terms: lock-up periods (36/24/nil months by share class), redemption notice requirements, and AUM cap mechanics for Class A Requirements:Experience & Skills• 5–10 years in operations, settlements, or middle office at a hedge fund, asset manager, or fixed income prime brokerage• Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle for fixed income instruments: corporate bonds, CDS, interest rate derivatives, repos, and structured credit• Hands-on experience reconciling positions and cash against prime broker and fund administratorreports daily• Proficiency with TS Imagine (the fund's PARMS) or demonstrated experience with comparable institutional portfolio and risk management systems; ability to get up to speed on TS Imagine quickly if not already familiar• Working knowledge of settlement mechanics across Euroclear, DTC, and Clearstream• Familiarity with ISDA/CSA documentation, variation margin, and collateral management• Experience with Bloomberg and MarketAxess for trade matching and confirmation• Prior exposure to private credit operations: loan administration, drawdown tracking, covenantmonitoring
