Job Description: Online & Global Business Lead About the RoleLenskart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join the team as Online & Global Business Lead.The role will be responsible for driving category growth, managing business performance, improving customer experience, and leading cross-functional initiatives to scale the business profitably. Key Responsibilities Business & P&L ManagementOwn and drive the complete P&L for the assigned category/business vertical.Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.Monitor key business metrics and take corrective actions to achieve targets.Drive annual operating plans, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews.Improve product margins through effective pricing, assortment planning, and vendor negotiations.Category & Merchandising ManagementBuild and manage category assortment based on customer insights, trends, and market demand.Work closely with sourcing and merchandising teams to ensure strong product availability and freshness.Drive new product development and category innovation.Analyze category performance and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.Customer Experience & GrowthDrive customer satisfaction and improve NPS through seamless customer experience initiatives.Identify and solve key consumer pain points across the customer journey.Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.Cross-Functional Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with supply chain, operations, finance, marketing, and tech teams to execute business priorities.Ensure timely execution of category launches, campaigns, and process improvements.Lead business reviews with leadership and present actionable insights. Desired Candidate Profile7–10 years of experience in category management, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, or business management.Prior experience in retail, D2C, fashion, lifestyle, eyewear, FMCG, or consumer internet businesses preferred.Strong understanding of P&L management and business analytics.Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
