The IT Recruiter will focus on recruiting top IT talent by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating the hiring process, and building a network of skilled IT professionals. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying qualified technical talent, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, and achieving successful recruitment outcomes efficiently.
