Summer Intern – Business Development Role Purpose Assist the Business Development function to drive growth through pipeline development and lifecycle innovation. Key Responsibilities 1) Asset Sourcing & Pipeline Development · Assist in scouting global and local assets within defined categories of interest · Help build company credibility by developing targeted pitch decks and assisting in proactive outreach to attract global and local partners. · Maintain and track the "New Asset" pipeline to identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities in both D2C and medical channel 2. New Product Pipeline Management · Track live NPD pipeline projects end-to-end — from launch planning through commercial decision-making — coordinating across Marketing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely execution. · Develop applied project management skills by building timelines, monitoring milestone progress, and surfacing bottlenecks early to accelerate delivery. · Leverage AI tools to streamline pipeline reporting, project tracking, and data analysis, building digital capabilities suited to modern business environments. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA / Business student (Summer Intern) Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for strategic presentations and data tracking Broad business analytical mindset with a focus on structured execution Strong communication skills to support leadership-level reporting
