About Project/Role:We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in Azure inside sales to join our Hyderabad-based GTM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based lead generation, strong understanding of Microsoft Azure offerings, and proven success in driving early-stage sales cycles for cloud services.This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our Azure GTM motion, accelerating pipeline development, and supporting co-selling and collaboration with Microsoft field teams. Responsibilities:Lead Generation & QualificationIdentify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.Execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned with WCT's Azure GTM initiatives.Conduct high-quality discovery calls to qualify customer needs, timelines, and budgets.Nurture leads through early stages to build strong sales-ready pipeline for the field team.Azure GTM & Co-sell AlignmentDrive outreach for Azure-specific offerings such as modernization, migration, Data & AI, and security.Align outreach with Microsoft-funded programs like AMM, Azure Innovate, and FastTrack.Inbound & Outbound ResponsivenessRespond promptly to inbound leads, RFPs, and customer inquiries.Maintain consistent cadence-driven outreach to maximize conversions.Ensure follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene are maintained at all times.Sales Enablement & CollaborationWork closely with GTM, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support customer conversations.Schedule customer meetings, demos, assessments, and workshops.Document insights, objections, and competitive intelligence to improve win rates. Required Qualifications:3–5 years of Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Strong understanding of Azure workloads: Migration, App Modernization, Data & AI, Security, DevOps, etc.Experience working with Microsoft field teams, PDMs, or co-sell programs.Excellent communication, articulation, and customer engagement skills.Experience using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft funding programs (AMM, Innovate, AI Readiness Assessments).Exposure to Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-900, etc.).Prior experience with US geography or enterprise accounts.
