The role involves counselling teachers and education professionals, understanding their upskilling needs, and guiding them to enroll in relevant training programs. Key ResponsibilitiesCounselling the qualify leads of Teachers, Trainers and education professionals regarding suitable upskilling training and certification programsHandle outbound leads and convert them into enrolments.Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and follow up.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.Collaborate with senior counsellors or team leaders for closures, if required.Team Handling experience will be added advantage.
