ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, helping us build meaningful partnerships with content creators and expand our brand presence across social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer relations, campaign management, social media strategy, and content creation while working with a collaborative team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Influencer Identification & Outreach ● Research and identify potential influencers across Instagram,YouTube, and other platforms ● Compile influencer databases with engagement metrics, audience demographics, and contact information ● Draft and send personalized outreach messages to prospective influencers ● Maintain organized records of outreach conversations Campaign Support ● Assist in developing influencer campaign briefs and creative guidelines ● Coordinate with influencers on deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules ● Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) ● Create campaign summary reports with key insights and ROI analysis Content & Social Media ● Monitor influencer posts and content related to brand campaigns ● Compile user-generated content (UGC) and curate for brand channels ● Assist in repurposing influencer content for company social media ● Stay updated on trending topics and platform updates Relationship Management ● Build and maintain relationships with micro-influencers and content creators ● Respond to influencer inquiries and feedback ● Support post-campaign feedback and relationship nurturing ● Participate in influencer event planning or virtual collaborations Administrative & Analysis ● Maintain spreadsheets and CRM databases for influencer partnerships ● Analyze competitor influencer strategies ● Prepare presentations on campaign results and recommendations ● Support team with general marketing administrative tasks SKILLS YOU'LL USE & DEVELOP Technical Skills: ● Social media analytics and metrics analysis ● CRM and database management ● Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets) Soft Skills: ● Communication & negotiation (with influencers & stakeholders) ● Project coordination & time management ● Creative thinking & problem-solving ● Attention to detail ● Ability to work in a team environment ● Adaptability in fast-paced environments WHAT YOU'LL LEARN ✓ How influencer marketing campaigns are strategized, executed, and measured ✓ How to identify and evaluate influencers based on audience quality, not just follower count ✓ Real-world experience managing relationships with creators and brands ✓ Data analysis and how to interpret marketing metrics ✓ Content creation trends and social media strategy ✓ Project management and campaign tracking ✓ Networking skills within the creator/influencer community COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ● full-time ● Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals ● Potential for letter of recommendation ● Professional development and learning opportunities ● Potential for full-time position upon successful completion HOW TO APPLY Please submit the following to : vincent@loadshare.net 1.
