Update and maintain employee records and databases 3. Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs 4. Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and employee feedback sessions 5. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures 6. Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain a better understanding of HR practices 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
