This is not a typical human resources internship. We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, startup culture, and building a positive workplace environment. As an HR intern, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team on hiring, onboarding, HR operations, and team culture initiatives. 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms 2. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers 3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers 4. Support onboarding processes for new hires 5. Help draft HR documents, policies, offer letters, and internship certificates 6. Assist in employee engagement and team-building activities 7. Conduct market research on HR trends and hiring strategies 8. Manage internal HR records and maintain confidentiality 9. Support performance review and feedback collection processes 10.
