1. Assisting with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. 2. Supporting onboarding and orientation activities for new employees. 3. Maintaining and updating HR records, databases, and documentation. 4. Helping organize employee engagement events and wellness programs. 5. Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and reports. 6. Supporting payroll and attendance management as required. 7. Responding to employee queries and directing them to the appropriate HR personnel. 8. Researching current HR trends and best practices. 9. Participating in training and development programs. 10. Performing other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager or supervisor.
