Send your CV along with portfolio to careers@flychem.com Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media posts, carousels, banners, and brand creativesEdit engaging reels, ads, and marketing videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platformsCreate static and motion assets for website, ads, emailers, exhibitions, and presentationsDesign marketplace bannersEdit videos (reels, shorts, 15–60 sec ads, 1–3 min brand films) with clean cuts, transitions, typography, effects, and sound designDevelop animated banner ads and simple motion graphicsCreate infographics, one-pagers, and sales enablement materialsMaintain consistent visual identity across all platformsWork closely with content and marketing teams on campaign ideasSupport packaging updates, inserts, and campaign creatives Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.Understanding of social media formats and performance-driven creativesStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignVideo editing skills using Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci ResolveMotion graphics using After Effects or equivalentExperience with Instagram Reels and short-form video formatsProficiency in Canva and other equivalent toolsKnowledge of advanced AI tools for generating animations, videos, and graphicsFamiliarity with latest image and video editing toolsUnderstanding of CGI videosGood sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and ad performanceCreative thinking with attention to detailAbility to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines Additional Preferred SkillsSocial-first mindset (hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, subtitles, thumbnails)Basic shooting knowledge: camera handling, lighting, audio, gimbal useExperience in e-commerce and D2C brands preferredPrevious experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple deadlines How to Apply?You can apply on LinkedIn or send your CV to careers@flychem.com along with the details of your work / portfolio.
