We are looking for a proactive and versatile Generalist Intern to support multiple business functions, including recruitment, sales, marketing, customer success, social media management, event coordination, operations, research, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to gain hands-on exposure across various departments in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
As a Generalist Intern, you will collaborate with different teams, assist in daily business operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives across departments. 1. Support the recruitment team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate databases
2. Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospect research, CRM data entry, and preparation of sales materials and presentations
3. Contribute to marketing initiatives including content creation, social media posting, email campaigns, and market research activities
4. Help manage customer success activities such as onboarding support, customer communication, feedback collection, and documentation
5. Create and schedule social media content across various platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and messages
6. Coordinate logistics for company events, webinars, and meetings including scheduling, vendor communication, and attendee management
7. Support day-to-day operations with administrative tasks, data entry, report preparation, and process documentation
8. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, market opportunities, and compile findings into actionable insights
