Udaghosh Social Welfare Society (USWS) is a registered non-profit working at the intersection of social impact and technology. We incubate and support early-stage tech initiatives aimed at building inclusive digital infrastructure for India — with a particular focus on financial inclusion, accessibility, and biometric-led solutions that serve underserved communities. 1. Build and maintain consumer and merchant mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript 2. Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js, Express, or FastAPI for backend functionality 3. Design, manage, and optimise databases using PostgreSQL or MongoDB 4. Create reusable UI components aligned with a consistent design system 5. Implement authentication workflows including JWT, session management, and OTP verification 6. Integrate third-party APIs, services, and webhooks as required 7. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while following proper Git workflows including feature branches and pull requests 8. Participate in code reviews and maintain established code quality standards 9. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams for end-to-end feature delivery 10. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance across frontend and backend systems
