1. Assist in product development and formulation for healthy snack products 2. Conduct research on ingredients, nutrition, shelf life, and food trends 3. Support trials for new flavors, textures, and product concepts 4. Help maintain product quality and consistency during production 5. Assist in documentation related to formulations, specifications, and testing 6. Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams during product trials 7. Research food regulations, ingredient compliance, and labeling requirements 8. Participate in sensory evaluation and feedback analysis for product improvement Note: We require an intern who has educational background in food engineering or food science.
