Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vapi for an Executive at Primehaul Logistics. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with team members to ensure optimal workflow, and managing client communications. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, analyzing logistical data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Executive will also play a critical role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills for overseeing operational tasks and managing schedules.Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management, including knowledge of transportation processes and inventory management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination.Analytical skills for reviewing logistical data and implementing efficiency improvements.Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, along with basic computer skills for data management.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Prior experience in logistics or transportation is highly advantageous.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
