In this role, your high level of accountability and organisation will see you take ownership of end-to-end executive administration for senior leaders, including the coordination of meetings, visits, and key events. You will enable the seamless running of the department by managing general office administration along with other duties such as travel management, calendar management utilising Microsoft Outlook, reporting, and creating high-quality presentations in Excel and PowerPoint. What You Offer Hands-on experience as executive assistant, executive administration or secretarial roles. Professional maturity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills in relevant applications, such as the MS Office Suite, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Effective use of technology for video conferencing, events, and training, along with working knowledge of expense and travel management applications, and the ability to leverage existing systems/templates. Working on SOW for Contractors & ESP candidates. Coordinating Travel requirements and expense settling. Collaborating with Multiple teams within region ( Gurugram, Hyderabad).
