1. Build and expand SmartPrep Academy’s business presence across offline and digital platforms. 2. Identify and connect with potential partner institutions, schools, and coaching centres. 3. Manage outreach pipelines including lead generation, follow-ups, and partnership closures. 4. Represent SmartPrep Academy within college networks and local communities. 5. Attend weekly founder review sessions and present progress updates and work reports. 6. Contribute to growth experiments, campaigns, and content initiatives based on individual strengths and interests. 7. Progress through structured internship levels with increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership exposure. 8. Support business development and brand visibility initiatives across target markets.
