Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our growing online business operations. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, operations, and marketplace teams to improve product visibility, sales, and customer experience across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update product listings on marketplaces and website (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing for better visibility and conversionsCoordinate inventory updates and monitor stock availability across platformsTrack orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries to ensure smooth operationsAssist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and festive salesAnalyze marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activitiesPrepare daily/weekly reports for sales, ads performance, and inventory statusWork with the design team for banners, creatives, and product content requirementsHelp maintain marketplace hygiene including ratings, reviews, and account health metricsSupport quick-commerce operations and stock planning based on demand forecastingCoordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and fulfillment-related tasksAssist in running and monitoring marketplace ads and promotional toolsSkills & RequirementsBasic understanding of E-commerce and online marketplacesStrong communication and coordination skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google SheetsDetail-oriented with analytical thinkingAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify is a plusInterest in D2C brands, digital marketing, and online salesPreferred CandidatePursuing or recently completed graduation in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fieldsPassionate about E-commerce, startups, and brand buildingSelf-motivated and eager to learnInternship DetailsDuration: 36 MonthsInternship Type: Full-timeStipend: up to 15K/monthBased on performance, the candidate may be offered a full-time permanent position at the company.Interested candidates can send their resume to aarish.foodsbay@gmail.com
