1. Assist in sorting and organizing patient medical reports as per internal guidelines. 2. Upload patient reports and related documents accurately on the OncoBuddy platform. 3. Maintain and update patient data in trackers and internal systems regularly. 4. Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. 5. Support the Patient Care and Engagement team with day-to-day operational activities. 6. Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation. 7. Maintain structured records for easy accessibility and follow-up processes. 8. Identify and report missing, incorrect, or incomplete patient information to the team. 9. Follow defined processes and quality checks while handling patient data.
