Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Communications Intern to strengthen our digital presence and build brand awareness across key platforms, especially LinkedIn. The role involves content creation, social media management, and strategic communication to engage stakeholders in the defence and technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn 2. Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, posters, videos, reels, etc.) 3. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility 4. Write compelling captions, articles, and communication material aligned with the company’s vision 5. Design creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms 6. Assist in building a strong brand narrative for TRA in the defence and tech space 7. Monitor analytics and optimise content strategy based on performance insights 8. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content planning
