We are looking for a social media marketing intern who can drive organic growth at scale. Someone who understands what makes content go viral and can consistently generate millions of views, engagement, and lead generations. This is not a posting or scheduling role. This is a 0 to 1 growth role. 1. Own end-to-end organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms 2. Build and execute a content strategy focused on virality and conversions (downloads) 3. Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms 4. Plan and schedule regular social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms 5. Manage day-to-day social media activity 6. Drive engagement, reach, and audience growth 7. Stay updated with trends and suggest new content ideas 8. Ideate and write high-performing scripts for reels and shorts aligned with Bharat audience 9. Work closely with video editors to ensure fast iteration and quality output 10. Use AI tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, Google Flow and others, to scale content production 11. Analyze performance and double down on what works including hooks, formats, and storytelling 12. Drive influencer collaborations and outreach to amplify reach 13. Experiment aggressively with new formats, trends, and distribution strategies
