The Role <ul> <li>You will play a key role in scaling the operational backbone of Databricks' partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own partner operations workstreams end-to-end - from process execution and systems management to reporting and cross-functional coordination - with impact spanning the Partner Strategy & Operations sub-function on a 6–12 month horizon, measured by efficiency gains, partner data quality, and cost/time savings across the partner ecosystem.</li> <li>You will scope and lead mid-sized, moderately complex or ambiguous projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and exercising sound judgment on trade-offs and when to escalate.
