Job DescriptionWe’re looking for someone to join our Marketplace team with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, and similar ecosystems.This role is focused on driving revenue growth, visibility, and profitability for multiple brands through structured, performance-led ad strategies. Responsibilities Lead and manage paid advertising across Quick Commerce platformsDevelop platform-specific strategies to increase revenue and category shareHandle end-to-end campaign management for multiple brands simultaneouslyOptimize campaigns for ROAS, sales velocity, contribution margins, and profitabilityMonitor and improve key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPC, ad-attributed sales, and organic upliftIdentify scaling opportunities through deep data analysis and smart budget allocationBuild structured launch frameworks for new SKUs to drive rapid discovery and rankingGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear business insightsStay updated on algorithm shifts, bidding models, and new ad formats, and implement cutting-edge strategies Requirements4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Quick Commerce platforms / Marketplace platformsExperience in a performance marketing agency setup will be a strong advantageProven ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneouslyStrong understanding of retail math, contribution margins, and growth leversHigh analytical ability and strong comfort with data (Excel proficiency required)Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindsetClear communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong performance-driven mindset with a hunger to scale results
