What you’ll do:1) Backend Development:Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, test, and maintain backend services for the KoinX platform.Work with Node.js to build scalable, efficient, and secure server-side applications. 2) Database Management:Utilise MongoDB to manage and optimise data storage and retrieval processes.Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient querying within the database. 3) Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software. 4) Documentation:Document codebase, APIs, and development processes for knowledge sharing and future reference. Who you are/What you possess:Minimum 3 months as intern and 6 months hands-on experience, specifically working with Node.js and MongoDB.Solid understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.Familiarity with database design, optimization, and maintenance using MongoDB.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.Passion for cryptocurrency and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends. Interview Process:Skills Assessment/Assignment Round:Candidates are given a specific task or assignment related to the role. Google Meet Interview:A virtual interview with the Tech team, discussion of the candidate's relevant experience and skills followed by a coding exercise based on the assignment above. Final Interview with HR:A final interview with the HR, to assess cultural fit, alignment with company goals, and long-term potential.
