ob Description – Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – AccountsThe ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting key finance and accounting activities by ensuring accurate statutory compliance, timely reporting, proper documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP, vendor reconciliation, taxation, GST, and MIS, along with the ability to manage audit requirements, financial closing activities, and compliance-related matters efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage PSI incentive accounting, related documentation, and timely compliance requirements.Resolve GST mismatches, 2B discrepancies, and respond to GST notices in coordination with tax authorities and legal teams.Maintain and update contingent liabilities, including interest and penalties, and ensure timely statutory filings to avoid non-compliance.Review and finalize accounts of Cooperative Society and Temple Trust.Support budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial data for management reviews and concalls.Assist in quarterly and annual financial closing activities.Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors by providing timely data, explanations, and reconciliations.Ensure timely closure of audit observations and support implementation of recommended controls.Prepare and maintain MIS reports, reconciliations, and compliance-related documentation.QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounts, taxation, GST, MIS, and reconciliation.Preferred experience in SAP, vendor reconciliation, taxation, GST, and MIS reporting.Good understanding of statutory compliance, financial closing, and audit coordination.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within timelines.Other DetailsLocation: Awarpur Cement WorksDesignation: Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant ManagerLevel: Front Line Engineer
